Handmade Pickups

A special feature of our instruments are the hand-wound pickups from our own production.

Compared to machine-made pickups, these have more dynamics and transparency.
This is due to the way the wire is wound around the magnets.

Resistance and inductance are values related to the output. Although the values are identical, the pickups still sound different from manufacturer to manufacturer, ultimately due to the different winding techniques.
